What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock items are flexible — most mixes and charms start at one bag (around 100pcs or 500g). Custom molds, private label packaging and seasonal kits carry design-based minimums confirmed per project.
How fast will I get a reply and a quote?
Average first reply is within 3 working hours. A complete inquiry — product, quantity, size, packaging, destination — typically gets a full quotation within 12–24 hours.
Which certifications and test reports can you provide?
Batch test reports for EN 71, ASTM F963, CPC, CPSC-CH-E1002, REACH, CE and RoHS are available on request. The factory is BSCI-audited and TüV Rheinland onsite-verified.
Are polymer clay sprinkles edible?
No. Clay slices, resin charms, sequins and fillers are decorative craft supplies only. We support clear non-food and choking-hazard labeling on retail packaging.
Can I customize shape, color, mix ratio and packaging?
Yes — around 100 new designs go through our custom workflow each year. Shape, size, color theme, mix ratio, packaging weight, logo label, retail box and seasonal concepts are all customizable.
How do you keep reorders consistent?
Your approved sample defines the batch standard. Full-batch inspection plus raw-material traceability means a reorder six months later matches the first shipment.
