How is a custom mix specified?
By shapes per 100g — for example, a fruit mix with six shapes in equal ratio ±10%. That written ratio is what makes your reorders look identical on the shelf.
What is the lead time for stock mixes vs custom shapes?
Stock mixes ship in 3–7 days. A new custom shape needs cane design, a sample round and production — plan 15–25 days before shipping, longer in the August–October peak.
