RESIN CUSTOMIZATION

Shape, dimension and surface detail

Discuss resin charms, focal beads, dimensional pieces and flatback decorations for your craft or accessory collection.

  • Outline, width, height, thickness and raised details
  • Flatback contact area or other back requirements
  • Hole diameter, position and direction where needed
  • Color references, decoration and surface finish

Your sample route: design review → digital model or master if needed → existing or new tooling as agreed → sample forming and finishing → physical review and written approval. The sequence depends on the design and process.

Ask whether an available mold can support your idea. New tooling, revisions, ownership and exclusivity are discussed and agreed before that work begins.

POLYMER CLAY CUSTOMIZATION

Pattern, color and the perfect mix

Discuss custom slices, sprinkles, beads or a proposed 3D polymer clay piece. Each format is assessed for feasibility rather than using one process for everything.

  • Pattern, motif, palette and color placement
  • Slice, sprinkle, bead or 3D format and dimensions
  • Slice thickness, edge quality and detail clarity
  • Mix proportions, packing weight or count and labels

Your sample route: pattern or shape review → forming or pattern development suited to the item → curing, slicing or finishing as applicable → sorted piece or mix sample → written approval. Resin-style molds and 3D files are not required for every project.

How do we confirm the details of a custom project?

Send your reference images, intended use, preferred material, dimensions, quantity and target market to sales@qulacrafts.com. We will discuss the design, samples, tooling terms, packaging, any testing requirements, pricing and lead time with you by email.

Produce and inspect against the approved reference: resin shape, holes and finish; polymer pattern, thickness and mix, as applicable.
